Dear Parents/Carers,
I am pleased to inform you that your son has been selected to represent Wapping High School at the
Borough Basketball competition. The competition will be held on Thursday 8th October at Score Centre,
Leyton.
The group will leave school at 9.00am and return approximately 4.30pm. Students will travel to and from
the venue by public transport.
Students are required to wear their Wapping High PE kit including appropriate footwear when coming to
school. Students should also bring water and any personal medical requirements such as Asthma
inhalers. I recommend that students bring warm clothes. Those students who normally receive lunch will
be provided with a packed lunch for the day. If your child does not receive lunch then please provide
them with a suitable lunch for the event.
Please complete the consent form below including any medical information and return it to Mrs Field. Any
student who does not return this form cannot travel or take part in the event.
