TENDER NOTICE FOR PURCHASE OF PLANT & MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENTS
Sealed tenders are hereby invited from the reputed manufacturers of the following machinery
and equipments confirming to the stated specifications on F.O.R. destination basis and inclusive of all
duties/taxes against each machine for supply to Country Liquor Bottling Plant, Mehatpur Distt.-Una, HP so
as to reach this office on or before 23-05-2015 upto 3.00 PM alongwith the required earnest money
mentioned against each machine in the shape of demand draft in favour of the Managing Director HP
General Industries Corporation Ltd., Shimla. The detailed terms & conditions and users/systems
requirements with specifications against each machine and equipment can be collected from this office on
any working day or can be seen on our website www.hpgic.co.in The tenders will be opened on the same
day at 3.30 PM in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives. If required, negotiations
will be held with L-1 party on the same date at the discretion of the Corporation. The undersigned
reserves the right to accept/reject any/all tenders without any reason. The details of the machinery and

Semi Automatic Filling Machine:
Supply , Installation and Commissioning of SS 304 (Internal mirror finish & External
Matt Finish) Six Head Vacuum filling machine suitable for filling of country liquor in
glass/Pet Bottles of 750 ml, 375 ml & 180 ml. Machine should be fitted on SS (304)
frame, cabinet (matt finish) with 4 side detachable doors (with Handel) complete
with vacuum pump, Motor Starter. Required output 2500 bottles of 750ml per
hour. The machine will have double over flow return system & with 3 way valves.
Free air displacement-350 LPH Vacuum Pump- rotovac, Crompton or KG Khosla
make Motor-2 or 3 (suitable for 350 LPH vacuum) Make Rotovac/ stenvac or
Crompton/Kirloskar/ Bharat Bijlee or std. make. All electrical wires should be

Semi-Automatic PP Cap Sealing Machine: Semi-Automatic Cap Sealing
Machine single head with 3 or 4 arm set, suitable for sealing of 25 mm to 30 mm
neck Dia Bottles PP caps of 0.18 mm to 0.14 mm thickness and height 100 mm to
450 mm & dia 50mm to 150 mm.
MOC of Body : MS/CI with rust proof enamel coating. Capacity: 52-54 Stroke Per
Minute. Motor Gear Box Kirloskar make/ CG/ Bharat Bijlee. All cams, shafts must be
made of EN or Hardened material. All electrical wires should be concealed.

Payment
The Rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes on the F.O.R basis at Country Liquor
Bottling Plant, Mehatpur, Distt-UNA (HP). Separate rates should be quoted for each
machine indicating separately the cost, export pass fee/excise duty, import fee,
C.S.T/VAT, insurance and freight, loading , unloading etcetera and the rate quoted shall
be remain firm during currency of this supply contract and no escalation will be allowed.
Technical specification should be submitted separately along with tender.
You will supply, erect & commission the machine(s) within one month of the receipt of the
supply order. All accessories including wires, cables, lugs, thimbles, ties etcetera required
at the time of commissioning will be arranged by supplier. Successful bidder must submit
all documents/certificates related to machine along with supply of machine.
i) After satisfactory inspection report by the Foreman and Manager Incharge CLBP
Mehatpur at manufacture site before dispatch, 30% payment will be released on
receipt of the material at site.
ii) 30% payment will be released by Manager Incharge CLBP Mehatpur after
complete erection of the machine(s).
iii)
30% will be released after trial and commissioning.
iv)
10% will be released after successful running of the machine(s).
Insurance
Insurance of material in transit shall be arranged by the supplier at their own cost on
F.O.R. rate.

Losses:
The tender must be accompanied by required earnest money in the shape of bank draft of
any scheduled bank/nationalized bank drawn in favour of HP General Industries
Corporation Ltd, Shimla. The amount of earnest money shall not be accepted through
cheque under any circumstances.
Conditional tenders, tenders received without earnest money shall be not entertained.
Tender(s) shall only be signed by the authorized signatory along with the seal of the firm.
However, the Corporation reserves the right to place the order in parts or as a whole to
one or more tenderers.
For failure to supply the machinery & equipments within stipulated period as per schedule
agreed to and for violation of any other terms & conditions, the security shall be forfeited.
In case, any purchases are required to be made from alternate sources necessitated due
to failure of the supplier to erect/supply the machinery as per schedule given, the amount
of difference of rates shall be recoverable from the supplier.
All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of courts at Shimla.
It will not be obligatory on the part of the Corporation to purchase the entire quantity of
the machinery items as per tender notice. The Corporation reserves the right to place
order on one and more than one part.
The negotiation, if required will be held with the lowest and the second lowest supplier
after opening of the tender.
Managing Director of the Corporation reserve the right to accept/reject any/all tenders
without assigning any reason.
The terms of this agreement are subject to the standard force majeure conditions of
strikes/lockouts in HP CLBP Plant, floods, earthquake, riots etc.
In case of accident in transit while transporting the machinery suppliers shall be
responsible for making good the loss caused to plant and machinery and will supply the
same in safe condition on F.O.R. destination i.e. Country Liquor Bottling Plant, Mehaptur
