Job Title: Organisation Development Manager, EUROPE Primary purpose of the role The Organisation Development (OD) Manager primary mission is to drive leadership development and quality performance management across the European Region. They will work closely with our Global OD team to co-design our Leadership Development & Performance Management strategy and solutions. As a key member of a lean, highly matrixed International OD & Engagement team, this position will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative, strategic development programmes that achieve the organisation’s growing people needs. They will work closely with the Learning and Development & Engagement and Communication Consultants in the team to create holistic and impactful OD programmes that are delivered with the business. This will include, but not exclusively… Co-develop and implement Leadership development strategies and tools Performance Management programme to drive ‘Big Conversations’ Organisation capability and change management programmes Succession planning tools and implementation Assessment tool strategy and implementation Additionally, the OD Manager will need to provide internal management consultancy, primarily to senior leaders and local HR Managers in Organisation Design, Change Management, and Leadership Development. They will need to be able to lead and support on key change programmes throughout International, ensuring the change is communicated effectively, appropriate training is put in place and the cultural impact is thought-through and managed effectively. Key Accountabilities Co-develop the global development and performance management tools and facilitate their use and adoption in the International Region. Work with our leadership team and HR Managers/Directors to identify and develop talent in the International region. Identify the leadership development needs in the International region and create/design/facilitate a programme including development and communication needs to build skills and knowledge for the future Define and implement the International Regions assessment strategy and tools. Work with the HR team and the business leaders to identify needs and implement solutions that use assessment tools to develop and recruit high performing teams. Create and implement strong change communications and training programmes to support business needs and ensure change is quickly adopted. Define and implement tools that enable us to successfully plan and build future successors for our key leadership roles in the International region.
