2014 EPIC Basketball Conference Tournament

JV Girls playoff games will be played on 2-11-14 at the home of the higher seed.
#1, #2 and #3 teams get a bye straight to the conference tournament. The #4 and
#5 team play for the 4th place tournament seed. The 4 winning teams advancing
to the semifinals at RMA on Thursday.
JV Boys playoff games will be played on 2-11-14 at the home of the higher seed.
#1 team gets a bye straight into the tournament. #2 plays #7, #3 plays #6, and #4
plays #5. Winners advance to the conference tournament at RMA on Thursday.
Varsity Girls will follow same format as JV Boys. The four winning teams
advancing to the semifinals at RMA on Friday.
Varsity Boys playoff games will be played on 2-11-14 at the home of the higher
seed. #1 plays #8, #2 plays #7, #3 plays #6, #4 plays #5. Four winners advancing to
Friday semifinal games at RMA.
*Tournament seeding will be based on regular season conference standings
Thursday 2-13-14, JV Girls
#1 vs #4 -3:30
#2 vs #3 -6:30
Thursday 2-13-14, JV Boys
#1 vs #4 – 5:00
#2 vs #3 - 8:00
Saturday 2-15-14, JV Girls and JV Boys
JV Girl winners from Thursday play Championship game at 2:00 on Saturday and
JV Boy winners play Championship game at 3:30 on Saturday.
Friday 2-14-14, Varsity Girls
#1 vs #4 – 3:30
#2 vs #3 – 6:30
Friday 2-14-14, Varsity Boys
#1 vs #4 – 5:00
#2 vs #3 – 8:00
Varsity Girl winners from Friday will play the Championship game on Saturday at
5:00. Varsity boy winners from Friday will play the championship game on
Saturday at 7:00.
Admissions will be $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students. Concessions will be
open with lots of delicious options. There will be a hospitality room for coaches,
administrators and officials. Looking forward to a great tournament!
Awards: Conference Champions and Runner-ups (regular season),
Conference Tournament Champions and runner ups,
2 MVP Varsity All Tournament, 5 All-Tournament Team awards for each division.
The meeting to decide seeding will be at RMA on 2-8-14 at
10:00. Please make sure your Varsity Coaches bring their JV
Team records.
