Initiating Network Development
1. Potential members:
 Potential members identified in the proposal submitted to the UNFCCC (see below table 1)
 Other organizations have expressed interest in becoming members (e.g. see below table 2)
2. Communication with potential members:
 Notification letter to be sent to potential members to:
o inform them of the network status (open for application)
o provide information on application procedures.

