RESEARCH PROFILE
 The Department of Master of Computer Applications at MVGR
College of Engineering was established during the academic year
2007 with an annual intake of 60 students.
 The total investment in departmental facilities, primarily
laboratories, stands at around Rs.51, 82,939/-.
 The Department also has 3 Laboratories named Information
Security Lab, Multimedia Lab and Digital logic & Computer
Organization Lab.
 Software and Hardware used: XP Service pack 3, COBOL, WEKA,
ORACLE 9i, JAVA, RATIONAL ROSE.
 The faculty of the Department are alumni of reputed institutes
such as, AU, OU, JNTU and other Universities.
 The faculty are all members of reputed professional bodies such
as CSI, IEEE, ISTE etc.
