CONFERENCE REGISTRATION The conference registration fee is $100.00 per person as set forth by the Central States District. The registration fee includes your ticket to the banquet and Brunch. Extra tickets for the banquet are at a cost of $45.00 per person and for the brunch $25.00 per person. The Memorial Luncheon ticket is an additional cost of $35.00 per person. Transportation The Nashville Airport Marriott has a complimentary shuttle from the Nashville International Airport to the hotel.
