2nd November 2015 Dear Parents / Carers Re: Christmas Lunch – Wednesday 9th December 2015 We are pleased to be able to invite students to order Christmas Lunch, which will be served on Wednesday 9th December this year; a copy of the menu is included with this letter. We are confident that you will understand that by making the commitment to offer Christmas Lunch to staff and students, the school is involved in a considerable amount of forward planning etc, and it is therefore necessary for us to take orders in advance. Please find attached a reply slip printed on the menu, which should be completed and returned to Student Services by Friday 20th November. Please ensure your child’s meal preference is clearly marked. Students normally entitled to a free meal may have Christmas Lunch at no extra charge. Payment should be paid into the Christmas Lunch part of your ParentPay account. We do hope you will encourage your son/daughter to order Christmas Lunch; we endeavour to make the meal and the hall surroundings festive with decorations and Christmas crackers.
