Dear Parent/Carer
CHRISTMAS LUNCH
This year the school will be serving Christmas Lunch on Wednesday 9th December 2015 at a cost of £1.80 per pupil. If your
child does not wish a hot meal they must bring a packed lunch or go home for lunch that day.
To enable the catering staff to place their food order in time, please complete and return the slip below indicating your child’s
preferred choice for that day and please return £1.80 with the slip. Pupils who are entitled to free school meals/clothing
grants will receive either a Christmas lunch or packed lunch – please indicate on the slip below their choice and return to
the class teacher. Primary 1-3 are entitled to a free school meal/packed lunch, so no payment is required but you must
complete the attached slip with their preferred choice. The catering staff will try to accommodate the preferred choice on the
day.
Please ensure all slips are returned by Friday 27th November 2015 at the latest so that the school kitchen can place their
orders the following week.
