Kids Fine Arts Orientation
1. Each act will have 5 minutes to perform, if you go longer the coaches will ask
you to stop
2. If you miss your call to stage, you will be placed last and may not be called
again
3. Sit with your group as you wait to be called in your performance room
4. First acts must be ready for call at close of opening ceremony.
5. Restrooms in foyer
6. Be quiet in the performance rooms – do not disturb the coaches
7. Be nice to EVERYONE; cheer for every performance.
8. You may remain in your performance room after your performance if you are
quiet
9. We are guests in this church. Please treat EVERYTHING with respect.
10. Final Winners (performing in Kids Convention) will be announced in the final
celebration at 8:30pm in the auditorium
Awards

All participants will receive a Festival Participation medal

Visual Arts Division will award three ribbons to top 3 entries:
white, red and blue

Performing Arts Division will award three ribbons to top 3 entries: white,
red and blue

All Performing and Visual Art Divisions will be eligible to win the Fine Arts
Festival Best of Show Star Trophy (a smaller version goes with your church,
the larger trophy remains at the SoCal Network).

Along with the best of show trophy, the winning church will receive $100
SoCal Kids scholarship and an invitation to perform at KidCon.
