Highways Services is the agency responsible for managing the road network,
improving road safety and testing and licensing drivers, and inspecting and
registering vehicles.
Major responsibilities:
Design management
 Manage design team including assist with resolution of any design team
issues and coordination of design services.
 Manage the design process through relevant design phases to obtaining
client sign-off.
 Manage the design concept within the set budget.
Project Management
 Establish and manage relationships with project team including clients,
consultants and subcontractors to ensure effective completion of
responsibilities.

Contract Administration
 Assisting in contract management through preparation of contract
