-2Air springs and air actuators are used in various industrial applications. Three product groups
offer suitable solutions here. Air actuators are used as pneumatic lifting and press cylinders for
difficult tasks in machine and plant engineering. Air spring systems are used as bearings for heavy
systems to dampen vibrations. Flexible compensators are used as pipe connection elements in a
wide range of applications with different liquid media.
Selecting the optimum conveyor belts is a major factor in transporting bulk material reliably, costeffectively, and in an eco-friendly manner. ContiTech is an expert partner for conveyor belts. It
provides not only the belts, but plant accessories and service materials. It also acts as a consultant
for conveyor projects and work out calculations for the right belt. It can even design complete
conveyor systems. Whether a customer needs energy-saving belts, solutions for closed or steep
and vertical conveyance of goods, belts resistant to heat, oil and grease, or systems to monitor the

ContiTech also manufactures elastomer-based printing blankets and plates, technical

Whether printing machines, industrial and rail vehicles, protective suits, gas storage facilities, fuel

ContiTech products also include fluid solutions for numerous industries – from hose components
right up to complex line systems. These include hoses and lines for construction and agricultural
machinery, for industrial trucks, and for compressors. ContiTech conveys all media flows (fuel, oil,
air, water, gas, or carbamide) both in the high-pressure as well as the low-pressure range. Robust
industrial hoses are just right for the grueling service conditions on construction sites. They are
characterized by high functionality and a long service life and can be used with all the usual blastcleaning abrasives available on the market as well as with cement and concrete.
Modern drive technologies for original equipment and the replacement business are used, for
example, in textile machines, tool machining, compressors, elevators, robots, mills, cement and
steel factories, mechanical engineering, and chemical companies. The products include raw-edge

For the vibration-insulation and noise-optimization of machines and plants, ContiTech offers a
very wide range of solutions. These extend from technical design right up to coordination of the
individual system components. The company’s high-quality components and systems are used in
vehicles such as tractors, excavators, or fork-lift trucks, in general mechanical engineering or in

Thanks to a special manufacturing process, ContiTech can supply large hoses designed for
working pressures of up to 40 bar, with an internal diameter of between 50 mm and 200 mm and in
almost any length.
