Movies and TV programs "For the world without wars and armed conflicts"
("Crystal World")
REGULATIONS
Article 1. I International Festival of movies and television programs " For the world
without wars and armed conflicts " - a non-profit cultural event, taking place during
2015-2016., Which will be concluded in France, in Paris.
The founder of the I International Festival of Motion Pictures and Television
Production " For the world without wars and armed conflicts ":
International Advisory Committee of the Organization of reserve officers and
reserve.
The governing bodies of the festival: the Organizing Committee, Board of Directors.
Article 2. The festival program includes International Competition, as well as
discussion and exchange of experience between experts, directors, producers and
representatives of the media, cultural events.
Article 3. International Competition of the festival is held in the following
nominations:
• Best Documentary;
• Best TV program;
• the best social advertising;
To participate in the competition films and television programs that show the honor
and dignity of the officer corps, promotion of the idea of peace, preventing wars,
military conflicts, the fight against terrorism.
Article 4. The working languages of the festival: English and Russian.
Article 5. To participate in the international competition received films and TV
programs, regardless of the place of incorporation and the manufacturer. In the case
of presentation of television programs and films in the national language required
English subtitles.
Article 6. Application for participation in the tender contest entry on the official
application form to be sent http://www.iacro.ru/ru/festival/ October 1, 2015 until
March 15, 2016 the directorate of the festival by e-mail :

Each application can be represented by only one nomination.
The deadline for applications for participation in the festival March 15, 2016
Along with the application, the applicant shall send the disk to exhibit the work (on
DVD, or FTP) directorate of the festival:

Article 7. Each work must be accompanied by a summary (4-5 sentences) and two
photo-illustrations and photography director (in electronic form) for the printing
press (1200 * 1200 pixels). These materials will be used for working with the media
and publication of advertising and information catalog. The costs of delivery of
materials assumes applicant.
Note: All costs of shipment, insurance, payment of customs duties must be pre-paid
by the sender.
Article 8. The selection committee starts January 1 and ends on March 15 2015. In
each category will be selected the best works. The number determines the selection
committee in coordination with the General Directorate.
Each of the selected works to the festival is one of the founders - nominee.
Replacing the nominee by any other representative of the company is not allowed!
Costs associated with the presence of nominees at the festival takes on the
Directorate General: airfare, hotel accommodation and meals (breakfast, lunch and
dinner).
The festival is a non-profit event. All travel expenses for participation in the forum
will cover the management of the festival.
Article 9. The international festival jury is formed of experts in cinematography,
military, media specialists. The jury is headed by the Chairman. The jury does not
give explanations about the decisions and takes no complaints.
Article 10. The international jury awards the following prizes:
Grand Prix
Diploma, Award statuette "Crystal World" - the symbol of the festival
In each category:
First Place - Diploma, Award statuette "Crystal World"
The jury may give an extra reward for a special assessment of a film.
Article 11. The Jury during the I International festival of films and television
programs "for a world without wars and military conflicts" determines the winners
of each category, which will be awarded with diplomas and prizes.
For outstanding artistic merit and adoption of universal values and ideas officers
films and television programs can be awarded the Grand Prix.
The jury may, in agreement with the General Directorate of special prizes to
celebrate the work of individual nominees.
On the recommendation of the jury may be awarded special prizes organizations
founders of the festival.
• for his contribution to documentary;
• People's Choice Award.
Article 12. Representatives of TV and film companies, other creative organizations
not to put their TV shows and movies to the competition, and not among the
nominees, but who wish to participate in the festival, to pay their own travel to Paris
and accommodation. To do this, you must send to the March 15, 2016 an application
for participation in the festival.
Article 13. The Festival Management reserves the right to invite special guests and
participants to the ceremony and assume all of the costs of their travel and hotel
accommodation for the duration of the festival.
Article 14. For the purposes of advertising and promotion of the film participant
transfers copyright to his work the festival to use fragments from the film for public
viewing or TV (during events or television programs promoting the I International
festival of films and television programs "Crystal World"). The applicant is the
owner of the copyright, which are associated with use of the film and is responsible
for settlement of all issues relating to copyright. Festival Management does not
assume any responsibility relating to copyright.
