Rocco Design Architects Limited is seeking energetic professionals for a challenging
conservation project in Central. The successful applicant will have the valuable
exposure and experience to work with international design architect for two new
buildings and revitalisation of three important Declared Monuments in Hong Kong:
Senior Resident Architect (SRA)

The SRA shall be a Registered Architect with a minimum 15 years’ experience
including at least 5 years site experience as site architect.

The SRA will lead a team for the co-ordination and supervision on site and to
liaise with resident staffs of other disciplines and contractor to ensure the highest
design quality, to complete the project on time and within budget.

Candidates are required to have good communication in both English and
Chinese.

Successful candidate shall be employed on contract basis.
Resident Architect (RA)

The RA shall have minimum 8 years’ experience including at least 3 years site
experience as site architect.

The Resident Architect shall satisfy the minimum qualifications and experience
required for Grade T4 of TCP for site safety supervision as detailed in the Code
of Practice for Site supervision and the Technical Memorandu m for Supervision
Plans.

Successful candidates shall be employed on contract basis.
Clerk of Works (COW)

Minimum 8 years working experience as Clerk of Works.

Diploma or high cert. in Building / Construction .

Experience in Building Construction as well as interior fitting out works.

The COW shall satisfy the minimum qualifications and experience required for
Grade T3 of TCP for site safety supervision as detailed in the Code of Practice
for Site supervision and the Technical Memorandum for Supervision Plans.

Successful candidates shall be employed on contract basis.
