Judge bio:
Shauna Braun
I have always had a love for photography growing up. I spent a lot of my free time attending
gallery shows, reading photography magazines and searching for photography. I have
entered and place in many local photography competitions, including Wisconsin news
photographer association.
I graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College with an Associates Degree in
Photography. After graduating, I spent a year working as an assistant for advertising and
commercial photographers in the Milwaukee area. During this period, I was assisting on
jobs for companies such as Can-Am, Milwaukee Tools, Froedtert Hospital and Trek Bikes. I
gained a lot of knowledge and experience on lighting and composition and how the
photography business works.
I began doing senior portraits and shooting weddings shortly after graduating. I fell in love
with photographing weddings and I now work as an associate wedding photographer for
Alison Kundratic Photography.
