References must be listed in numerical order at the end of the paper. All tables should be numbered with Arabic numerals (1, 2, …). Headings should be placed above tables in 9pt and left justified. Leave one line space between the heading and the table. Illustrations should be of good quality (over 300 pixels) and numbered with Arabic numerals (1, 2, …).
