at leading foreign universities
• Ready to return to Russia upon completion of their studies and to obtain

• Upon completions of theirs studies Program participants
have to get employment in Russia from the approved list
of organizations for a period of 3 years
• List of organizations includes more than 550
organizations (updated on a regular basis):
• Higher education institutions
• Scientific organizations
• Industrial companies and corporations
• Medical and pharmacological institutions, etc.
* If terms and conditions of the Program are violated, the amount of grant given and financial penalties
(twice the amount of the grant given) are to be paid.
