Description: - Actually my team has done ERM application to ACE TYRES at their
industry, so we are the analyzers, developers and testing also done by us only. I think
this is too benefited to us.
Stores: - In this module we provide elimination of paper work and saved their
valuable time. This module concentrates on their raw material storage levels at their
stores, Means they need to maintain a stock at minimum quantities for each material. If
stock is less than minimum quantity then the stores in charge raise an indent for those
materials. The indent can raise by any person for any materials like electrical,
mechanical and general things also. The flow in the stores as fallows
1. Indent can raise by any person.
2. Indent is either approved or rejects by stores in charge.
3. General Manager (GM) is either approved or rejects the indents which are approved
by Stores in charge.
4. Purchase Manager (PM) is assigned the indents to particular assistant purchase
managers for creating the purchase order. After assistant PM return the purchase order
to PM.
5. Purchase Manager (PM) then send the indents to Managing Director (MD).
6. Managing Director (MD) is either approved or rejects the indents.
7. Then PM confirms the purchase order which is approved by MD and gives the order to
supplier.
8. Stores Department receive the Materials and check with the indent number correctly
supplier send or not.

Attendance: - In this module we develop a application that gives the barcode
sticker to each employee. In that barcode, employee code is present. So when employee
gets in and out the plant, at the gate they scanned the barcode sticker at that we saved
the in time and out time. According to in time and out time their over time, salary
calculated. For this module we are used a barcode printer and bar code scanner.
