Connecticut IB Academy Student Named National Achievement Finalist
The Connecticut IB Academy in East Hartford is proud to announce that 12th grade student Justin Matthew Nortey
of East Hartford, CT, has advanced to the Finalist standing in the National Achievement Scholarship Program. Mr.
Nortey is now eligible to be selected as one of 800 Achievement Scholarship winners that will be drawn from the
Finalist group nationally.
Mr. Nortey has received a certificate from the National Achievement Scholarship Program in recognition of his
status as a Finalist.
The Connecticut IB Academy is an award-winning East Hartford Public Magnet School, most recently named the
