RECYCLING INCURSION
On May the 26th the Environmental Tacklers were called to the prep foyer.
You’re probably wondering why? Well the reason for this is because a woman
named Natasha from VISY came to our school to teach our Environmental
Tacklers about recycling. She taught us what things are recyclable and are not
recyclable. Some of the things she told us were really interesting. Like how
broken glass can be turned into a new glass bottle by being melted. Any way I
really enjoyed what she told us and I bet you all the Environmental Tacklers
enjoyed it as well. We even had a quiz that two people did. Their job was to
put the recyclable items into the recycling bin and the non-recyclable in the
rubbish bin. In the end everybody enjoyed it, learnt lots and had a lot of fun.
