GENERAL TERMS:1. The company has the right at any time and for any reason:
(a) To cancel a tour prior to the date of departure and if it does so, its liability shall be limited to refunding
all the money paid by the client, and / or
(b) To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour , holiday, excursion or facility it has advertised or published
or to substitute a hotel of similar class it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either cases the
company shall not be liable for any damage , additional expences or consequential loss suffered by the
clients.

2. No person other than the company, in writing has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any
description, representation, term or condition set forth in this brochure.
3. In the event of the company exercising its rights to amend or alter any tour or holiday advertised in their
brochure after such tour or holiday has been booked the client shall have the right:
(a) To continue with the tour or holiday as amended or altered.
(b) To accept any alternative tour or holiday which company may offer. In neither of these cases shall the
company be liable to the client for any damage, additional expense or consequential loss suffered by
him.
4. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person traveling with
him for:
(a) Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, increased expenses, consequential loss or
any misadventure howsoever caused.
(b) Any act, omission, default of any hotelier, carrier, or other person or any servant or agent employed by
them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment , carriage
facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused. In this
condition the expression “Howsoever caused” includes negligence on the part of any person.
5. No liability on the part of the company arising in any way out of his contract in respect of any tour,
holiday, excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour holiday,
and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expenses whatsoever.
6. We strongly recommend, in your interest that you insure yourself and your personal effects, from your
local insurance company.
7. The prices quoted in this brochure are in Indian Rupees. The company reserves the right to amend these
prices in case of currency fluctuation and changes in various rates of exchange and or fuel cost before
the departure, and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid for in full.
8. All claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tours operated. The courts in the country of
destination alone shall have jurisdiction.
LIABILITY
We are acting as booking agents or overseas agents and are travel and holiday organizers only. The
information given in the brochure is as accurate as we can make it. Our brochure descriptions are of
amenities normally available. However, circumstances can change due to events beyond our control. Major
roads work may necessitate route changes. Where we know of these sufficiently in advance we will notify
you. Otherwise our tour escorts will inform you of the changes on the spot. Route changes could also be
necessitated due to heavy rains. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any
shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel transport or any other facility or ingredients in your
holiday, but because we only select and inspect we shall not be liable for any injury , death , loss or damage
which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of an independent contractor arising
outside our normal selection and inspection process.
