Slide 1 – Cover Page
Name, Subject, Period,
Slide 2 – Name of Bride and Groom
These are the only names required. You may use any names you wish. Attach a photo of the bride and
groom.
Slide 3 – Location of the Wedding Ceremony
Is it a destination wedding or a local wedding? Have a map of the city the wedding will be held in.
Slide 4 – Guest List
How many people will be in attendance?
Slide 5 – Detailed breakdown of the wedding party
Number of bridesmaids, maid of honor, groomsman, best man, flower girl, ring bearer, mothers, fathers,
grandparents, etc. (names DO NOT have to be included)
Slide 6 – Color Scheme/Theme of Wedding
Include photos of colors and photos of the overall theme. All photos to be labeled
Slide 7 – Ceremony
Include a photo of the location the ceremony will be held. Will it be in a place of worship or will it be
held somewhere else? Who will be officiating? Include music and cost. Cost of marriage license goes in
this slide.
Slide 8 – Detail on Wedding Rings
Include color photos of all rings to be given. Please identify store or jeweler, cost per ring, set, and sizing.
Slide 9 – Photos and Information on Bride’s Dress
Include a photo of the dress. You must have location of purchase, cost of dress, style of the dress,
material the dress is made out of, color, and designer.
Slide 10 – Photos and Information on Bride’s Accessories
Include photos of the bride’s accessories. This could include: jewelry, veil, shoes, etc. Please include
location of purchase, designer, and price.
Slide 11 – Photos and Information on Groom’s Attire
Include a photo of the attire. You must location of purchase, cost of renting or purchasing. You will need
to have colors and style of apparel listed.
Slide 12 – Photos and Information on Groom’s Accessories
Include photos of the groom’s accessories. This could include shoes, tie, cuff links, pocket square, etc.
Please include location of purchase, designer, and price.
Slide 13 – Information on Wedding & Reception Invitations
Include a photo of the invitation. You must include location of purchase, cost of printing , and delivery.
How many to be ordered will be required.
Slide 14 – 20 Photos and details of Reception
Include a photo of the venue, food, centerpieces, and favors. You must have location and cost, cost of
food per person, and DJ.
Slide 21 – Wedding Cake
Include a photo of the cake. Cake bakery or Specialist; location, cost, and fees. You will need to have
flavor of cake, icing flavor, company name, and a price for the cake (remember cake usually goes by
price per slice so multiple the price of the slice per number in attendance).
Slide 22 – Flower Arrangements/Centerpieces
Include photos of flower arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces and any floral design
required. Must include name of florist, location, cost per item, deliver, taxes and fees.
Slide 23 – Photography and Videography
Include a photo of the photography company ad, package size and cost of package, details of package.
Include the same information if the couple wants a videographer as well or if the photographer does not
have a video package.
Slide 24 – Gifts
Please include photos of the gifts for the bridal party members, parents of the bride and groom, and
gifts the couple will give to one another. Please include location of purchase, item description, and price.
Slide 25 – Final Slide
