BUSING RESERVATION AGREEMENT
Dear Parents,
During the 2015-2016 school year, Saint Bernard will be expanding its bus service opportunities. This service will
be provided by M&J Bus Co. for Saint Bernard students only.
The cost of this service will be $1100 for the entire school year. An initial down payment of $200 is required to
ensure that your student is registered for the bus. The remaining balance can either be paid for up front or be
added to your tuition payment plan.

We WILL NOT GUARANTEE busing service to those who do not pay the deposit by July 1, 2015.
Registration is for the entire school year.
There are NO REFUNDS for those who drop bus service at any time during the school year.
Students will be issued a bus card which they must carry with them and present to the bus driver or an
Administrator upon request. Replacement cards will be available at the Main Office for a fee of $10.
Pawcatuck/Stonington/Mystic/Ledyard: The bus will originate in North Stonington. It will then proceed
through North Stonington, Pawcatuck, Stonington, Mystic, Groton, and Ledyard before arriving at Saint Bernard
School at approximately 7:35 a.m. The specific stops and approximate pickup times are listed on the attached
page of this letter.
Old Saybrook/ Old Lyme/ East Lyme/ and Waterford: The bus will originate in Old Saybrook and proceed
through Old Lyme, East Lyme and Waterford arriving Saint Bernard School at approximately 7:30 am. The
specific stops and approximate pickup times are listed on the attached page of this letter.
Colchester: The bus will pick-up (7:00 am.) and drop off (5:40 pm.) at St. Andrew’s Roman Catholic Church, back
parking lot. – Note: Bus times are approximate.
All busses will leave Saint Bernard School at 5:15 p.m. to allow most students to ask for extra help from faculty
and to be able to participate in after-school activities. The library will remain open until 5:15 p.m. to
accommodate students waiting for transportation. Please sign and return this contract with your child(ren)
name(s) and location pickup information by June 1, 2015.
