The Online Services Unit’s mission is to deliver awesome digital products that exceed
customer expectations.
About your role
The Digital Solutions Architect will be responsible for solution design and deployment
of customer facing touch points across the Tatts Group’s digital footprint.

What you’ll do






Work with Product Managers, Lead Developers and teams to provide technical
direction and solutions for digital products. Partner with these cross-functional
teams to identify and translate system requirements into software design
documentation.
Partner with technology architects and key stakeholders to properly position digital
solutions within the Enterprise.
Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise when defining,
developing and executing customer-facing digital solutions.
Serve as the technical architect when creating or enhancing existing digital
solutions that include integration with internal CRM, reporting, transactional, and
any other corporate applications.
Act as visionary and strategist for solutions architecture. Includes supporting
process redesign, road map planning, and non-functional requirement gathering.
Analyse, interpret, and make recommendations based on gathered data, in the
form of formal proposals and/or presentations to management.










Accredited Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
7 years minimum experience working in a digital/web development capacity:
leading technical design and execution of large-scale web and consumer facing
digital experiences.
3 years minimum experience working as a hands-on technical architect with
practical examples of architected digital solutions.
Expertise in multi-channel digital solutions, products, and frameworks.
Proven ability to architect, develop, and deploy experiences across desktop,
mobile, tablet, and digital displays.
Knowledge of software/hardware design, selection, and deployment techniques
and methodologies.
Understanding and experience in object oriented programming techniques and
design patterns.
Solid knowledge of the following development technologies is preferred:
o .NET framework 4.0+,
o C# and a scripting language,
o Windows Server 2012,
o Automation tooling,
o IIS, and
o Microsoft Visual Studio 2012.
Demonstrated passion for and strong grasp on today’s digital ecosystem including:
mobility, social media, customer portals / extranets, video, CRM, mobile apps.
