1. ERECTION OF SERVER ROOM AND NETWORK CABLING

2. SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE FOR THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR, SPEAKER AND
MUNICIPAL MANAGER.

Invitation is extended to service provider who supplies office
furniture for the supply of office furniture to the office of the
Mayor, Speaker and municipal manager.
Compulsory briefing session and site inspection: 20 December 2006 at 11H00,

Bid closing date: 12 January 2006
All Bid documents should be sealed and clearly marked “Bid No”
ML/06/07/006 And Project Description On The Envelope. Bids Must Be Hand
Delivered And Deposited In The Tender Box At Mutale Municipality
Offices, Physical Address: Old Manenu Battalion Building, Mutale Town,
0956.Bid document will be obtained upon payment of a non- refundable
Bid fee of R100 at municipal offices during office hours as from the
27 December 2006.Bids will be evaluated on the 80/20 preference points
system
The Council Reserves The Right To Negotiate Further Conditions And
Requirements With Successful Bidder. The Mutale Municipality Is Not
Compelled To Accept The Lowest Or Any bid. Original Valid Tax Clearance
Certificate Must Be Attached.
