Careers Exploration Day – Spring 2016
The Office of Career Counseling and Placement at Kentucky State University will sponsor our Annual
Spring University-Wide Careers Exploration Day on Thursday, April 7, 2016. This event will be held on
campus in the William Exum Gymnasium from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (note change of time). You are
invited to participate.
This event is designed to acquaint our graduating seniors and underclassmen with career opportunities
available within your organization. We ask that you discuss job qualifications and the application process.
Last year over two hundred (200) students attended the one-day event and we expect even more this year!
Due to space limitations, registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration
fee will be $260.00 per organization for 2 recruiters and $20 for each additional recruiter. This fee covers
the cost of a booth and related accommodations.
The Careers Exploration Day is regarded as an integral part of our students’ total educational experience
and we need you to ensure its success. Please use the enclosed form for your reply. You may submit your
registration via e-mail (annette.bruce@kysu.edu) or fax to (502) 597-6699. If you have already submitted
your registration, we would like to thank you.
