decisions within the plant and her engineering expertise is
respected by all staff in the Plant. She takes responsibility for
achieving results. As a Union representative she is universally
respected for her fair and thorough approach to negotiations.

Overall Comment: Sarah has excelled in her role as Industrial Engineer and she
performs a pivotal role in the Manufacturing department. It is a pleasure to work
with such a bright and eager young woman. I highly recommend her for
