El Dorado PTA After School Enrichment Program The El Dorado PTA is pleased to offer El Dorado Community School students fun and exciting activities that enrich their educational experience! Join the activity on its start date, time, and location. Refunds will not be given after the second week of an activities start date or if a student is excused because of repeated late pick up or behavioral issues. Please note, if a participant’s registration is not complete (signed waiver and participant fee is not received one week prior to an activity’s start date), then a pre-registered participant’s slot may be made available to other interested students who were not approved to register because the student limit for that activity had been met. This is a dynamic K-8th grade open studio working space. Make this art class your own with student choice-based learning. Come into a studio atmosphere and choose between clay, watercolor, drawing, recycled art and needlework or combine them all. Older students hone in on your drawing, cartooning, graffiti, stenciling, and inking and design skills with weekly portfolio projects assigned by Ms Rohr. Students will create drop, bar, shaped, and decorator cookies using chocolate, fruit filling, and other sweets. Make your valentine a homemade treat on February 11th. Activity time includes clean-up, and students need to stay until the entire clean-up in completed. It is also a fun and challenging sport that builds strength, body awareness, and cardiovascular endurance. Students will be encouraged to purchase a uniform (gi), which costs $35. The cost for the (gi) will need to be brought to class the first week. Cash or check is best-made out to "BJJA of Santa Fe".
