execution flawless, is the process organized and conducted in a timely manner, does the
content of all the materials reflect the results accurately and clearly and work to reinforce
your company’s strategy. This session will review best practices related to the entire
process – from start to finish.
Jane McCahon is a principal of Conway Communications, an investor relations
consulting firm. Prior to joining Conway in 2001, Jane held Investor Relations positions
with a number of local companies, including Eastern Enterprises and BJ’s Wholesale
Club. She is a past member of the NIRI National Board of Directors and served as its
Chairman from 2001 to 2002. She served as founding Chairman of NIRI’s Ethics
Council from 2002 to 2006. She served on the Board of the Boston Chapter and as its
President.
This is the fourth and final installment of the Knowledge Development Series for the NIRI
Boston chapter 2007 – 2008 programming year.
The Knowledge Development Series is intended to enhance the expertise of the NIRI
Boston membership by providing seminars led by its senior IROs. NIRI Boston
members who are new to the IR profession should consider attending. There is no cost
to NIRI Boston members to attend. Participation is limited to IR practitioners.
