The Vice President will provide leadership for all University admissions – undergraduate, graduate, international, and transfer – and financial aid. As a visible institutional leader and strong advocate for Mason’s enrollment division, the Vice President will partner closely with other campus units, including working closely with the academic deans, student life staff, and the other members of the Provost’s leadership team. In support of Mason’s campus-wide retention initiatives, the Vice President will be attuned to the entire student trajectory from application to graduation, and she or he will provide thought leadership, insight, and data expertise as a key retention partner.
