Collar mike Group discussion in a group of 10 each-a room to accommodate 10 students at one go Personal interview- an informal set up with no table in between GMA PROGRAM OVERVIEW Graduate Management associate program This aims at collectively developing Hospitality Management Graduates as future assistant managers for Starwood. It has been designed to provide the participants with intensive training in their respective disciplines and the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs and deliver exceptional guest service. During the program, GMAs will be expected to lead by example – working very closely with their colleagues on a day-to-day basis. The duration of the program is twelve months, spanned over three phases to enable a structured learning experience. These are: Level I -“operations Overview” Level II -“Cross Training & Specialization” Level III -“Stretch & Exposure” A Performance Appraisal will be conducted at the end of each level. The participants will graduate as a Team Leader after successful completion of twelve months based on their performance appraisals and a final panel interview. The Department Head in consultation with the HR/Training head will decide the final placement. The participants will graduate as a Team Leader after successful completion of twelve months based on their performance appraisals and a final panel interview.
