INFORMATION: OPM recently released the Federal Human Capital Survey, and the
Best Places to Work in the Federal Government analysis is about to
be released. The question for most agencies is how to use the data to
address the problems and increase the scores.
Mariangela Battista has extensive experience leveraging data from
employee surveys to increase Starwood productivity. Jeffrey
Saltzman has broad experience conducting surveys and assisting
organizations to effectively use the results in federal, state, and local
governments, as well as in the private sector.
