Call high school and/or previous institutions you have attended to have the final,
official copy of your transcript mailed to: Judson University, ATTN: Michelle
Dickerson, Admissions, 1151 N State St, Elgin, IL 60123. Transcript holds can be
seen via MyJudson.
Contact your physician to schedule a physical and to complete immunizations.

Register for Orientation Weekend at www.judsonu.edu/orientation
Check your housing information to find out your housing assignment.
Set an appointment to connect with your advisor during the first three weeks of the
semester. Share your goals and learn more about them!
Add some funds to your Jerry’s (on campus coffee shop) account via MyJudson
Review your Statement of Account on the Student Accounts page on MyJudson.
Please be aware that your balance is due by August 11, 2014
Verify the Housing, Meal Plan and Medical Insurance Charges
Verify the completion of all financial aid items
Take time to be familiar with the expectations and responsibilities by reviewing the
Student Handbook via MyJudson.
Verify your Class schedule (last day to add a course is Friday, August 29)

Completed physical/immunization form and medical insurance waiver.
Judson I.D. Card: Used for chapel, dining hall and student discounts!
If you plan to have a job on or off campus, please click HERE to review the items

*All students are placed on the school health insurance plan and charged for school insurance until a waiver form is completed. Waiver
forms must be completed to be removed from the plan and charges reversed from your account. Please contact Health Services for
