Dear Parent/Carer
Unfortunately we are going to have to postpone the Parents’ Evening appointments for 3P
scheduled for next week as the class teacher is absent due to illness and at this stage we do not
believe she will be well enough to return before the half term break. As soon as we have
confirmation of Mrs Pundsack’s return date we will contact you to confirm a new appointment time.
We do apologise for having to postpone these appointments but do hope that you will understand
that this is for an unavoidable reason. I am pleased to say that we have secured one of our regular
supply teachers, Mrs Spinks to be with 3P until half term so they will have a consistency of
teaching through this short period of time. The Year 3 Harvest Festival will continue as planned
next week.
I know you will join with me in sending our kind wishes to Mrs Pundsack for a speedy recovery.
