Student-Parent-Teacher Conferences
Dear Parents:
Student/Parent/Teacher conferences are scheduled for Wednesday, October 3rd
and Tuesday, October 9th. We will involve students as active conference participants. Your
child will present his or her work and discuss it with you. After or during the conferences
with your child, we will be available to address any questions or concerns, either with your
child present or privately.
Conferences will be scheduled in 30-minute intervals, the first beginning at 4:00
p.m. and the last beginning at 7:00 p.m. on both evenings. We will be holding up to ten
student-led conferences during each half-hour segment. We feel the 30-minute time
allotted will allow us to better serve each student. Please indicate your conference
appointment preference below. Appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, firstserve basis. Please return this form to us as soon as possible. We will confirm your
appointment by returning the form at the bottom with your child. (Your time choices would
be a 30-minute conference at 4:00, 4:30, 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, 6:30, and 7:00).
