How to Request Transcripts:
You must use Family Connection/Naviance for your transcript requests. You can log on using
UCS login at https://connection.naviance.com/henryfhs
Directions to request transcripts (student) through Family Connection:
1. Select the Colleges tab in Family Connection.
2. Click the Transcripts link, listed in the Resources section of the tab.
3. Click Request transcripts for the type of transcript you are requesting.
4. Enter the necessary information. This will differ based on the destination of the transcript.
5. Click Request Transcripts.
Past graduates will continue to use Parchment for transcript delivery.
The state of Michigan has adopted the SAT as its new state assessment to measure students and their progress towards college readiness and common core standards. Like, the ACT, the SAT is also a college admissions test.
