Email address In return for hosting, the host school will receive: 1. Two complimentary places for teachers to attend every hosted event 2. Fifty complimentary student places to attend any hosted student conference. This assumes total attendance of 300 plus students 3. A programme of Professional Development which has been especially worked out to address their training needs and those of their region 4. A Keynote representative who will be on hand via telephone to assist with any queries relating to the events. The Keynote representative will also attend some of the hosted events Keynote Educational Ltd will be responsible for: 1 Working with the host school and local schools to ascertain training needs and produce a Professional Development programme based on their needs and requests 2 Handling all administration and bookings 3 Full marketing, publicity & advertising 4 Providing full organisation and procedures, as in the Keynote Terms and Conditions, including scheduling dates and timings of the programme of events in discussion with the host school(s) 5 Providing appropriately experienced, high quality lead trainers, and full resources and materials 6 Sending joining instructions to session/course attendees with all information- venue, directions, timings etc. 7 Printing and delivering sufficient resources & materials for all attending teachers 8 Providing a light lunch for teachers attending a full-day event. This will involve bringing in a light buffet from an external catering company or paying the host school to provide the lunch. The host school agrees to: 1. Host x-y events at their school across the agreed time span – xx/xx/15- xx/xx/15. 2. Receive and open the box of conference materials prior to each hosted event. This will be delivered by courier and will contain all resources, evaluation forms, delegate register and relevant promotional material for the upcoming regional events. 3. Provide a member of staff to meet and greet the attendees and the session trainer(s) at each hosted event. For student conferences with 50 plus students attending, two staff will be required. 4. Ensure that all teacher attendees sign the register and complete the provided evaluation forms. To return these to Keynote Educational at the end of each session. 5. Provide a suitable room/hall and equipment for each event and to set up each event. The session materials (which you will have received in the box) should also be set out ready for the attendees. Minimum equipment on teacher sessions - a screen, data projector, seating and tables for all attendees. Minimum equipment on student revision sessions – A room to accommodate a minimum of 300 students (seated but without a desk), a screen, data projector, a PA and microphones may be needed in larger rooms. 6. Provide a member of staff who can be on hand throughout each session to manage any IT issues. 7. For twilight sessions - provide light refreshments for all attendees and session speaker(s): tea / coffee and biscuits will suffice. For full days- provide a room for lunch for the attendees. For full day teacher courses, Keynote will provide a light lunch and for student conferences students will bring their own lunch. 8. Adhere to the dates and timings of the agreed programme of events. To inform Keynote Educational at least 20 days in advance if any dates need to be changed.
