urticaria, convulsions, anaphylaxis

 Polio
no side effects
Adverse effects- paralysis (very rare)
 MMR
same as the side effects of DPT, in addition mild rash
and arthralgia- these may occur up to 10 days post
immunization
Adverse effects--encephalitis
 Varivax
same as DPT but also may develop a maculopapular
rash
