Mail Service Pharmacy
ConciergeRx’s mail service offers a convenient way for plan members to receive
their maintenance medications on a regular basis. Our state-of-the-art mail service
facility will ship up to 90-day quantities to a member’s home or any other location
they would like, within two to four days in most states. Orders are shipped at no extra
charge and arrive in unmarked, tamper-resistant packaging. Our pharmacists work
closely with the patient’s care providers, screening prescriptions for possible allergies,
interactions or other potential problems. Your members will have quick access to our
service representatives as well as pharmacists for medication counseling.
Specialty Pharmacy Services

Medication Therapy Management
ConciergeRx’s Medication Therapy Management (MTM) programs help members with chronic
conditions get the best results from their medications, bringing down overall health care costs by
guaranteeing the appropriate use of a member’s medications and reducing the need for
physician visits, emergency room visits, and hospitalization.
Our MTM services are accessible throughout the whole United States using a virtual or in-person
model for pharmacist- member consultations. A specially trained pharmacist becomes a critical
part of each member’s clinical care team. The pharmacist, physician and member work
together to help the member understand his or her drug therapy, identify drug-related problems,
remove barriers to compliance, prevent interactions and optimize treatment.
