The province of Basra / Directorate of government
contracts is pleased to announce the re-announcement
number (16) for 2014 of the sector (security & justicemun icipality-environ went- electricity- power prod actionroads & bridges- Shiite endowment- municipalities) within
the allocations of (regions development program and
reviving marshes), those interested companies and
contractors of foreign, Arab and Iraqi who have experience
and competence should review the governorate of Basra
(Directorate of government contracts /Contracts
Department) located in the governorate divan for the
purchase of tender documents at a non-refundable and
shown all over the tender from Wagon 2f/$/i0 l noting
that the last date for deposing tenders is Walifion
10,11)1f at 2:00 pm in the presence of representatives of
developed companies during the Open that includes the
three conditions of the tender submitted in one envelope
contains the following
- envelope includes commercial offer.
2 -envelope includes the technical offer.
3 - envelope includes the following:
A - a bidder is committed to present initial insurances in
amount of 1% of the value of the tender under a letter of
guarantee or certificated cheque in a period invalid after
the expiration of the permeability of the tender specified in
the tender documents or which has been extended in no less
than 28 days issued from an accredited bank of all
provinces in Iraq to be a good implementation of the
Insurance 5% issued by an accredited bank does not accept
any commercial paper when submitting tenders also do not
accept any excuse for delay
B - The applicant for the purchase of tender as well as the
bidder must be either the authorized manager of the
company or having authorization of the company for foreign and
Arabic companies.
C- The bidder is committed to offer the financial efficiency of the
company through the presentation of the final accounts of the
company for three years certified by the legal accountant and a
supporter of the company by the bank.
D -The bidder is committed to provide establishment and
certificated identity of classification of contractors that are not less
than the required grade and issued by the Ministry of Planning
when submitting the tender (colored copy number 2) of the
company when you make bid
E- The bidder is committed to provide the similar works through
providing a detailed list of the works which he implemented with
referring to the party for which he worked ,and is based on the
official books issued by government agencies that approve
allocated or completed business on his case.
F - Book clearance from the GCT / corporate department invalid
color copy.
G - Size of the financial commitment through providing a detailed
list of the works that he is implementing and which are not
completed yet at the tender offer and the party for which he
works for.

offer statement of the technical qualifications, equipments
and specialized machines
I- The company is obliged to present a detailed work
advance table for the project
J — presenting a banking movement by executing company
(the movement of the company's funds in the banks of the
Interior)
Noting that a special conference will be held to participants
in question in the tenders at the directorate headquarters
before twelve o'clock on Tuesday 19/8/2014
K - the company is committed to provide a disk (CD)
containing all the papers and documents provided by the
company
L- the company must provide all the documents in Arabic or
English.
M - the company is committed to provide all the documents
of the company and its Director Commissioner, agents or his
authorized people translated into Arabic and certified by a
certified legal translator
Note / bidders to consider the following;;

* The company should install the office address with phone
numbers and e-mail address on the envelope
