is at its best.
This high speed AOI enable
us to further reassure the
quality of the soldering
condition after reflow oven.
As we found that some of the
fillet on 1005 chip are very
hard to identify by human
eyes.
we utilize this method
specially to make sure
that when we are dealing
with QFP type of chip,
that we are able to get a
perfect bonding every
time.

uses a 3-CCD camera,
which obtains three
times the data of
a single-CCD camera, to
enable highly robust
inspections
The VT-RNS-Z post-placement
inspection machine has a
uniquely developed ECM
search function for measuring
the angle of component
placement positions, enabling
highprecision measurement of
component mounting status
with an X axis shift, Y axis shift,
or skew.
