• (Outside of accelerator) – The Line of Business Owner (LBO) decides to create a content (e.g., news story, movies, TV show, etc).
• LBO logs into the accelerator. Creates a new request for Content Ingest Initiator
(CII). He provides the following information: Job description, due date, job id
(system created), job priority (1-5, with 5 as immediate) and defines one or more distribution channels (e.g., web, mobile, verizon, amazon, hulu, cablevision, etc).
• LBO also sees all prior requests with the status information (status – (Failed,
Completed, Active), completion date, CII comments, current process step/status/owner). They can cancel or edit job details at any point.
• LBO logs out.
