GROUP MANAGER:
Managing Your SERVFL Contacts

How to “Toggle” when you are linked to multiple
roles/groups in the system?
* Alachua CHD GM
* Administration GM
* Alachua County Partners GM
You can access the following sub tabs to view:
* All contacts associated in that particular role/group
* You can access multiple Groups based on your permissions
* You have the ability to access Rules from this section
Contact Tab
• You can click on the “Pencil Icon” to update a Contact’s Information
• You have the ability to Download your Contacts for that Group/Role
• You have the ability to Send Registration Email to your Contacts in that
Group/Role to invite them to the SERVFL Member Portal.
FDOH Employees, MRC Volunteers, and/or Contracted Employees
- Send the Registration Email by Contact
- Send the Registration Email in a Bulk Action
- Do not send an invite to the SERVFL Member Portal for your
Local Partners
Contact Tab
• You have the ability to Delete Contacts from a Group or Groups
• Once you delete a Contact – the data is gone.
• Make sure you let us know if you need to transfer a Contact to another
Group that you do not manage.
• By clicking on the “Add to Group” button you can associate a Contact to
more than one Group.

• You click on the Contact Tab
• You click on the Sub Tab titled Group
• You can Add a Contact to the Groups that you have permissions to
manage
- Alachua CHD
- Alachua Local Partners
- Administration
• Click on the Button titled Add Contact
Contact Tab: How to Remove a Contact from Groups?
• You click on the Contact Tab
• You click on the Sub Tab titled Group
• Click on the Button titled Remove
- From This Group
- From The Group and its subgroups
- If you accidentally remove a Contact and you are unable to view
this Contact, you can call a
System Administrator for assistance.
Add Contact: Required Fields *
• First Name and Last Name
• Delivery Methods: Email Addresses, Phone Numbers,
and other key contact methods
• Additional Information
• External ID: State Employee/FDOH will need to use
the People First ID Number
• Contact Rick Miller to obtain FL MRC External ID #’s
• Contact Beverly Elliott to obtain External ID #’s Local
Partners
• Record Type
• Work County: Alachua County
• Add Emergency Duty Group, Team Affiliations
• Click on the Save Button
Add Address Information: Required Fields *
• Location Name: FDOH Alachua CHD, FDOH Administration, CVS
Store #1502
• Country: United States
• Appt/Suite/Unit: Apt #2585,
• City, State, Postal Code, (Important information to Geocode)
• Location: Once you enter the above information
- Longitude: will display, and geocode on the map
- Latitude: will display, and geocode on the map
Work County:
The Work County data field is listed in the Additional Information.

Drag and Drop data fields you want
to generate your report on?
Add Associated Groups: To generate
reports from the different
Roles/Groups you manage.
Time Zone:
* Select your correct Time Zone.
Update:
* Select the update
button for the system
to save your current
changes.

Security Question, and My Profile information
