Ingredients:
•2 cups shredded cabbage
•1 medium grated carrot
•½ cup chopped green pepper
•1 apple, cored and chopped
•5 tablespoons lowfat yogurt
•1 tablespoon lowfat mayonnaise
•1 teaspoon lemon juice
•¼ teaspoon dill weed

Instructions
1. Open the bag of shredded
cabbage and measure out
2 cups.
2. Peel and grate the carrot.
3. Chop the green pepper and apple.
4. Put the cabbage, carrot, green pepper, and apple in a
large mixing bowl.
5. Put the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill weed
in a small bowl. Stir together to make a dressing.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad. Toss to mix.
