In Chad a Desert borders the tropical climate in
the middle
Chad’s Vegetation is very tropical, because not
very many plants grow in the desert so most
of the plants grow in the tropics.
Lake Chad lies 295 feet above sea level.
Chad’s Wildlife includes Elephants, Lions,
Buffalo, Hippopotamuses, Rhinoceroses,
Giraffes, Antelopes, Leopards, Cheetahs,
Hyenas, and various types of snakes.
Chad is hot, dry, dusty, Harmattan Winds occur
in the North; There are periodic droughts;
There are locust plagues
