Also, the Educational Testing Service - ETS (2013) reports that the average score of peruvians who took the international TOEFL in 2012 is 86 points, which is not competitive when applying to top universities in the world (it is required at least 100 points). Purpose To raise the quality of the peruvian professional in level and number and providing the opportunity to continue postgraduate studies in the best universities in the world. Likewise, generate in scholars their own employment within or outside the country in jobs that have links with the linguistic proficiency in the english language.
