 User Profiles transferred to new system; user’s log in details remain the same
 Vacancies posted on old system will remain accessible until 31 March 2014
 Users able to select which system they want to access
Transition Approach - Implications

There will be no break in recruitment.

Vacancies on old system only accessible until 31
March 2014.

Onus on Vacancy Holders to finish exercises by
end of March; if not will have to complete off line.

After end of March will have to provide feedback
to candidates by e-mail.

Reserve lists will need to be maintained off line by
recruitment teams.

Need to use Civil Service Initial Sift Test (CSIST)
tool to access individuals’ test scores.

Surplus individuals’ profiles will transfer over to
new system.

Data retained on old system until 31 July 2014.
