Non-ESP modules • Refer to http://www.eng.nus.edu.sg/sep/mapping.htm ESP Modules (codes beginning with ESP e.g. ESP3401) Return all endorsed Forms to 1) ESP Office 2) Off of U.Graduate Prog 3) Your own copy + ESP Module Mapping Form Study Plan Form IMPORTANT “No-No” • Do NOT leave the mapping process till the wee hours before you leave. Plan & seek approval in advance. • Do NOT take an unapproved module overseas and assume it can be mapped back to NUS. • No withdrawal from SEP once finalized. An administrative fee of at least S$300 (up to $500) will apply for withdrawal. Returning from SEP • Bring Transcript to ESP office to initiate the Credit Transfer Process. **important especially if the module taken overseas is the pre-requisite module of those intended to read for the following semester. Students may not be able to register in CORS if credit transfer is not completed.
