Why State and Local Projections

State/Federal Partnership
Most data and estimates produced within LMI
offices are done so through cooperative
agreement with the BLS.

State/Federal Partnership
The Projections program is unique among
the LMI estimation programs in that it is
run via a partnership between the States,
the Employment and Training
Administration and the Bureau of Labor
Statistics, not under the governance of the
BLS Cooperative Agreement.
