CPM was founded in 2012 as an independent,
professional organization for the purpose of
providing timely and accurate consultancy,
training, research, advocacy, and services to
public, private, international, and civil society
organizations through better management and
policy practices locally as well as internationally.
• Advise—We help analyze the challenges clients face and develop
appropriate responses. Our advisory and management consulting
services include needs and market assessments, policy analysis,
strategy and concept development, change management strategy,
and program design.
